Question by ElaYNE: Need to have aid findng lawyer for loan modification, or program that can assist!?
To make a long story brief.. Chase bank approved me for a “Trial Loan Modification” everything fantastic.. pmts on time no issue.. now that the trial is up.. ive submitted all required docs and yet nothing as happend.. Every rep gives me a various answer “You’ve been denied”, “We require a lot more Docs” “You been approved” Transfer and Transfer. Nothing is finding carried out. They constantly tell me I have a new Loan advisor. I dont know what to do. I want an lawyer but do not know where to start. Heard horror stories of scams out there. Please support!!!!

Unfortunately, no 1 is ever LEGALLY entitled to a modification. Chase can at ANY time for ANY reason take away the supply from the table. A lawyer may just show them that you Actually want this, but there is no LEGAL recourse that the lawyer can take.
