Question by STRAUSSIAN: Why are younger men and women constantly whining about “student loans” and their student debt?
Seems like this generation of young folks is whining more than ever about “student loan debt.”

Why are they such whiners?

Why do not they just shut up, get a job, and pay what they owe? Why are today’s young men and women so lazy?

Step 1) Look at the cost of higher education today
Step 2) Look at the cost of higher education 20 years ago

Since a loser like you never went to college and don’t even know what a white collar job is, I guess I can understand your lack of intelligence

Its called nobody wants to be in debt at age 22

Unlike the loser older generation, we actually work for a living instead of being pampered

Because Bush’s tax cuts for the “job creators” didn’t result in any “jobs.” If there are no jobs, there can’t be any money to pay the student loans off, can there?

they were sold a bill of goods that were not delivered. If there were jobs they would get one, that is why they are so upset, they were told if they went to college there would be jobs but it was a lie. The loan system was also reworked they were encouraged to borrow more than they needed and now have a loan they cannot pay because there are no jobs for them. The note is too big to pay on minimum wage. They are not lazy they want to work, they are whining because they cannot get a job.

How dense are people that cannot understand there are 5 people for every job out there, there are not even low paying jobs. It is not that there are no good paying jobs there are not even crap paying jobs.

Because a college educated person is making 30% less today than they would have in the 80′s which means after debt they have about 30% of the money older generations had.
